Let Us Pray for Those Facing Floods and Recovering from Historic Flooding

Even though spring has sprung, and it feels like the snow has finally passed but the storms continue. Historic flooding continues along the Mississippi River and many are still recovering from the floods of last months.  The Presbyterian Disaster Assistance this there to provide resources and assistance.

Let us pray for those facing floods and recovering from historic flooding and for those providing assistance to those who have been affected.

Holy One, you are our comfort and strength in times of sudden disaster, crisis, or chaos. Surround us now with your grace and peace through storms and floods. By your Spirit, lift up those who have fallen, sustain those who work to rescue or rebuild, and fill us with the hope of your new creation; through Jesus Christ, our rock and redeemer.
