Prayers for those affected by Storms, tornados and floods

The Presbyterian Disaster Assistance has been busy responding to several natural disasters this last week.

Cyclone Idai has devastated the Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique. According to UNICEF about 1.7 million people have been affected by what some are reporting as the worse tropical cyclone on record to affect Africa and the Southern Hemisphere.

Alabama and Mississippi Tornadoes over the last few weeks have destroyed communities, homes and churches.

Nebraska and Iowa flooding continues to worsen. Heavy rain and rapid snowmelt have cause catastrophic flooding throughout the Missouri River basin and is moving downstream.  Farms, farmland, communities, livestock, homes and businesses have been overcome with flood waters.

Please remember these devastated communities in prayer. You can also contribute to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance.
